In Part One of Video Pirates, S&M film maker Rick Sretsam's (Rick Masters) movies are being pirated by ruthless mobster Barry Kelphead (Nick Long). Barry poses as a distributor but he is actually pirating the porn he is supposed to be distributing. He then "helps" the struggling adult entrepreneur out of his financial woes by loaning him money at exorbitant interest rates.
